By accessing the Webchily AI Training Platform or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Webchily provides AI training programs, career roadmaps, corporate workshops, AI consulting and talent placement support. Specific deliverables for each engagement are detailed in the proposal or course page.

2. Eligibility & enrolment

You confirm that information provided during enrolment is accurate. We may decline enrolment if eligibility or capacity criteria are not met.

3. Fees & payment

Fees are stated at the time of enrolment or in the corporate proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due before training commences.

4. Intellectual property

All course materials, recordings, code samples and methodologies remain the property of Webchily. You may use them for personal learning but not redistribute or resell them.

5. Code of conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally. We may suspend access in case of harassment, plagiarism or misuse of platform resources.

6. Limitation of liability

Webchily is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from training outcomes, employment results or third-party tools used during programs.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
