Refund Policy

We want every learner and partner to feel confident enrolling with Webchily. This policy outlines when refunds apply.

1. Self-paced & cohort courses

• Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment AND before more than 20% of course content is accessed.
• 50% refund if requested within 14 days, before more than 40% of course content is accessed.
• No refund after 14 days or once more than 40% of content is accessed.

2. Corporate training engagements

• Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.
• 50% refund if cancelled 7 to 13 days before start.
• No refund within 7 days of start; rescheduling once is allowed at no additional cost.

3. Consulting & outsourcing

Refunds for consulting or AI outsourcing engagements follow the milestone schedule defined in the signed Statement of Work (SOW).

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@webchily.design from the address used at enrolment with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

Discounted, scholarship and bundled enrolments may be non-refundable. Specific terms will be mentioned at the time of purchase.
